Can you let me know if the KNA would consider funding the removal of the trees that block the one street light on the 5000 block of 9th Avenue just north of Alberta? What is the process for requesting the funds.
I have spoken with one of the neighbors who informed me that the trees were planted over the objection of the home owners with the promise that the City of Portland would maintain them. Now, the City of Portland no longer maintains the trees and has put the responsibility on the home owners (who didn’t want them). The families don’t have the extra money to remove them.
Any support KNA could provide would be appreciated.
